Site Administrator D’Angelo, together with his Assistant Paula Butler are responsible for the management of all the properties. This includes making sure that the necessary repairs are completed, maintaining adequate records, and generally ensuring that Oak Center Homes is in good shape.

Maintenance:

Our maintenance crew conducts monthly property inspections in order to keep an eye on things such as landscaping, exterior painting, cleanliness, etc.

 

Our goal is to keep the properties well maintained, taking care of needed repairs and doing daily small jobs. Oak Center Homes Management takes a proactive approach to building maintenance by setting up both monthly and yearly preventive/routine maintenance schedules for each property.
